Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
Astoria, OR

Location: Astoria, OR - Specialty: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

Astoria is a small coastal town where the hills meet the Columbia River, and it has a little bit of everything—nice views, history, and a laid-back feel.

It’s actually the oldest American town west of the Rockies, and you’ll notice that in the old houses and waterfront areas. You can climb the Astoria Column for a great view, walk along the Riverwalk, spot sea lions by the docks, or check out the Columbia River Maritime Museum.

Some people recognize it from The Goonies, but most come for the food, local breweries, and slower pace.

It’s a good spot for sunsets, coffee, and just wandering around. Not a huge place, but that’s kind of the point—it sticks with you after you leave.

All CRNA, CAH located on the Northern Oregon Coast. Cases include general, ortho, GYN, ENT, Podiatry, Urology, OB (300 cases/year), GI, and healthy peds. 300K W2 or 360K 1099 with 13 weeks of guaranteed time off. Sign on bonus up to 50K.

Join an all-CRNA practice working independently at a GI only facility! 10-15 cases per day. M-F No call, no weekends, no holiday. $360,000 on a 1099 with 8 weeks of guaranteed vacation.

Eugene has a way of feeling both laid-back and full of life at the same time. It’s the kind of place where people are outside a lot—running, biking, or just hanging out by the river when the weather’s nice.

The University of Oregon adds a steady buzz to the city, especially during game days and events, but it never takes over completely. There’s still plenty of room for quiet neighborhoods, local hangouts, and a slower pace if that’s what you’re after.

You’ll find a mix of good food trucks, solid coffee spots, and breweries, plus an artsy side that shows up in murals, markets, and live music. And when you want a change of scenery, you’re not far from hiking trails, forests, or even the coast.

The Portland metro area—from Clackamas to Hillsboro—delivers the kind of balance most CRNAs are chasing but rarely find. You get true variety in your cases and environments, while still enjoying a predictable, lifestyle-friendly schedule. This position is M-F, no call, no weekend, no holiday. $360,000 on a 1099 with 8 weeks guaranteed vacation.

Outside of work, this region is a standout. You’ve got easy access to mountains, coastlines, and endless hiking within a short drive, plus a nationally recognized food and coffee scene, top-tier wineries, and vibrant neighborhoods that actually feel livable—not overwhelming. Whether you want city energy or quieter suburban comfort, it’s all within reach. This is a role that doesn’t just advance your career—it makes your day-to-day life better.

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
Salem, OR

Location: Salem, OR - Specialty: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

Salem is quieter than a lot of Oregon cities, but that’s part of what makes it nice. It’s easygoing, a little slower, and doesn’t feel crowded or overdone.

As the state capital, it’s home to the Oregon State Capitol, which is worth a quick stop, but most of the appeal is in the everyday stuff—walking through Riverfront Park, checking out local shops, or grabbing a bite without a long wait.

You’re also right in the middle of wine country, with plenty of vineyards just outside town, and close enough to both Portland and the coast for an easy day trip.

It’s not flashy, but it’s comfortable. Salem is the kind of place where you can slow down a bit and just enjoy where you are.

This facility is upper and lower GI only, 10-15 cases per day. $360,000 / 8 weeks vacay- Enjoy up to $50k in bonuses! Independent, all-CRNA practice. M-F no call weekends or holidays.

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
Eugene, OR

Location: Eugene, OR - Specialty: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

Slocum Center for Orthopedics and Sports Medicine is the Pacific Northwest's premier ortho center in Eugene, Oregon. Eugene is one of those places that’s easy to settle into. It’s green, relaxed, and just the right amount of lively without ever feeling busy.

There’s always something to do, but nothing feels rushed. You can bike along the river, wander through local markets, or just hang out with a coffee and take it slow. The University of Oregon keeps things interesting with sports, events, and a bit of energy in the background.

A big part of Eugene is how close it is to nature—trails, rivers, and mountains are all right there. And the food scene is simple but solid: food trucks, local spots, good beer, good coffee.

We are looking to bring on independent CRNA's to this facility. Slocum is 100% ortho with upper and lower extremity blocks. 5 days/week, no call, no weekends, no holidays! $300K W2, $360K 1099 with 9 weeks guaranteed time off!

McMinnville is a small town with a lot going on, especially if you like good food and wine without the big crowds.

It’s right in the middle of Oregon wine country, so there are tasting rooms all over, plus vineyards just a short drive away. The downtown area on Third Street is the heart of it—easy to walk, full of local shops, restaurants, and a mix of casual spots and nicer places.

There’s also the Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum, which is surprisingly big for a town this size and home to the famous Spruce Goose. It’s relaxed, friendly, and a little more polished than you might expect.

This facility has 5 OR's and cases include general, urology, ortho, GYN, plastics, ENT, GI and does around 400 OB cases per year and does not do hearts or heads! $300K W2 or $360K 1099 with 13 weeks of guaranteed vacation.
